Maurice didn’t always have the best financial resources growing up, but he always had strong work ethic skills and brilliance. At eight years old, Maurice, the future CEO of Infinavate, found his first job. With a wagon full of newspapers, Maurice became the neighborhood newspaper boy. This job would start a professional journey that molded Maurice into who he is today. Maurice began his career as a software developer. Over time, he developed a passion for creating solutions in an ever-changing, fast-paced world of technology. As a sales professional, he built relationships with thousands of clients, sales engineers, developers, technicians, and OEM manufacturers and created global partnerships providing professional technical solutions.

Through the challenges of a global pandemic, rapid changes in digital technology, and unprecedented changes in Corporate America, he was still able to create a solid foundation of success, thanks to the relationships he built in the industry and developing a solid yet simple business model. He’s a straightforward leader who makes decisions quickly and expects to see results. Maurice believes that following one’s dream is not easy or simple, but it is worthwhile and gratifying to persevere and never give up. As a “people person,” he thrives on learning from others' failures as the groundwork for lessons learned and establishing their accomplishments as best practices. A dreamer and a visionary trailblazer who wants the best for his clients, colleagues, and employees, Maurice fervently believes in including family in social events and company outings.
