Having begun his career as a software developer, he sought to increase his impact over the years. To maximize his ability to effect change in organizations, he knew he needed to get out in front of customers to explain in lay terms how he could best upgrade their technology. His roles in sales allowed him to cultivate relationships with thousands of clients, thousands of sales engineers, developers, and technicians to create a network of global partnerships.
